The StorageTek 9310 Tape Silo Library is an automated cartridge system offering immense capacity, enterprise level reliability, and high-speed access. The StorageTek 9310 Powderhorn is perfect for large UNIX, NT, mainframe and supercomputer systems.
Features include:
- 120 TB (1 LSM) to 28,800 TB capacity (24 LSM)
- 2,000 - 3,000 - 4,000 - 5,000 or 6,000 cartridge slots per LSM - library storage module
- Up to 24 LSM’s per library (144,000 cartridges) under ACSLS control
- Up to 30 MB/sec native throughput per hour
- Up to 16 LSM’s per library (96,000 cartridges) under NCS control
