Please provide us with the following required information in order to process your RMA. InStock, Inc will issue an RMA number after we receive and approve your RMA request.
Please note the following:

• A separate RMA Request Form must be submitted for each item being returned
• A 25 percent re-stocking fee will be applied to any non-defective returned items
• Warranties are valid for 30-days from invoice ship date
• Do not ship the item to be returned until you have received an RMA number from InStock, Inc
